The Implementation Consultantwill be responsible implementing software solutions for our clients, ensuring that their systems are running efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing training and ongoing support to clients.
Responsibilities for the Implementation Consultant
Responsible for working closely with clients to gather requirements, plan the implementation process, and ensure a successful implementation
Develop implementation plans and timelines for software deployment with the Project Team
Configure software to meet client specifications and provide technical support and troubleshooting during software implementation
Key Skills & Experience for the Implementation Consultant
Essential
A strong background within bespoke software solutions
Strong experience with Azure and SQL
Knowledge of Jira, Salesforce or any other similar incident management systems
Strong written and spoken communication skills
