Our client, a well-established professional services company, is currently recruiting for an IT Support Technicianto join their Service team on a 6-month FTC basis. The IT Support Technicianwill be responsible for supporting users on a range of 1st and 2nd line queries and tickets.
Responsibilities for the IT Support Technician
Provide direct user IT software and hardware support in person or remote
Log calls and coordinate issues with third-party vendors where required
Log all incidents accurately in our incident logging system
Key Skills & Experience for the IT Support Technician
Essential
A strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory.
Experience working within a professional services environment
Knowledge of legal applications would be desired
Strong written and spoken communication skills
