Our client, a well-established professional services company, is currently recruiting for an IT Support Technicianto join their Service team on a 6-month FTC basis. The IT Support Technicianwill be responsible for supporting users on a range of 1st and 2nd line queries and tickets.

Responsibilities for the IT Support Technician

  • Provide direct user IT software and hardware support in person or remote

  • Log calls and coordinate issues with third-party vendors where required

  • Log all incidents accurately in our incident logging system

Key Skills & Experience for the IT Support Technician

  • A strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory.

  • Experience working within a professional services environment

  • Knowledge of legal applications would be desired

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
