We are supporting a large UK wide organisation to support with the recruitment of a UX Designer. 
This role is a fulltime permanent role based south of Birmingham with office visits only required 2 days per week. 

Key Responsibilities for the UX Designer: 
- Working closely with internal teams to turn requirements into designs 
- Working across a variety of internal systems but with a focus on Procurement, HR & Accounts. 
- Conducting thorough user research
- Creating user journeys and wireframes 
- Managing prototypes and continuous improvement ensuring all systems are accessible and easy to use 

Key Skills for the UX Designer: 
- Experience with user engagement and workshops is essential to being successful within this role 
- Being able to articulate confidently 
- Basic experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript 
- Ideally experience with B2B systems
