Our client, technology specialists of 30 years, is looking for an AV Engineer to join their expanding team of specialists. The role of the AV Engineer will be to fault find, repair, and implement audio visual equipment.
What the AV Engineer will be doing:
- Troubleshooting and repair of AV/US systems.
- Scheduled maintenance of equipment at client sites.
- Providing software and firmware updates including re-imaging desktops.
- Installations of control programmes – QSC/Extron/Crestron.
- Raise & track RMAs.
- Perform client training.
What you can offer to the AV Engineer role:
- Technical knowledge of AV, Video conferencing and electrical equipment.
- Have working knowledge on Control systems, DSP Mixers, AV over IP, and audio processing techniques
- Experience with Video wall technologies and LED displays.
- Configuration and operational skills of Unified Communication Systems.
- Understanding of network setups.
- Great customer services skills and support in fast-paced/VC/US environments.
- Working knowledge on QSC, Crestron, Dante, Extron, Microsoft 365 etc..
