We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join my client’s team, a well-polished Managed Service provider. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a commercial or profit-making environment, a desire to upskill and grow their career in the role, and a passion for delivering exceptional HR support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities for the HR Advisor
Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and managers.
Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings.
Assist in the recruitment process, from creating job postings to conducting interviews.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee training and development programs
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Key Qualifications for the HR Advisor
CIPD Level 5 qualification
Previous experience in an HR Advisor role
Experience working in a commercial or profit-making environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Desire to upskill and grow their career in the role.
