We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our client’s team who work within the Audio/Visual sector providing high-end events. The role of the IT Support Technician will be to provide 1st and 2nd line support via hardware and software to the internal workforce.
Job Overview for the IT Support Technician:
Monitor daily operations of network and servers.
Provide 1st & 2nd line support.
Manage the IT budgets and enforce cost-effectiveness.
Assess and purchase new and replacement IT hardware.
Manage the master control room and customer event data.
Ideal Candidate Profile/Experience for the IT Support Technician:
1st & 2nd line experience.
Good hands-on experience with both hardware and software.
Experience with Google Workspace applications and the Google environment.
Be individually proactive and forward thinking.
Be able to communicate to a wide range of personnel in the company.
