Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 (plus commission)
Your Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Selling Clearwater recruitment services
Networking and visiting businesses to develop Clearwater as their go-to choice
Marketing and advertising the company to potential clients
Pitching products and services to new customers and offering new services to existing customers
Researching new markets and planning for future roles
Aiming to be up-to-date on recruitment industry news
Forecasting and tracking client account metrics
Reaching junior sales targets & KPIs
Conducting candidate and client management through to their commencement in their new role
Skill Set and Experience Required:
Good telephone manner
customer service experience.
Professional
Strong attention to detail.
Basic skills in Outlook & Word.
Committed and dedicated to meeting targets.
