Marketing Manager

Are you passionate about collaborating with internal teams to raise brand awareness and help generate leads and business growth from a Marketing perspective? 
We are working with a growing fintech company to support with the recruitment of a Marketing Manager on a full time, permanent basis. This role is working in a B2B marketing environment supporting the Sales Directors and working collaboratively with the internal teams to create strategic marketing plans. 

Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager: 
- Building the European strategy and plan. 
- Working closely with sales directors, taking briefs to build and execute acquisition campaigns to generate marketing qualified leads. 
- Work closely with the in-house design, content and communications teams ensuring briefs are put together within set SLAs
- Attending both online and in person events, these events could take place in London, German, Belgium or other parts of Europe (3 day trips during the working week) around 8 events per year but you will not be required to attend them all 

Key Skills for the Marketing Manager: 
- You must be working at a Marketing Manager level currently within a B2B environment 
- Fintech, Software House or Asset Management industry is essential 
- Successfully collaborated with a number of internal teams to deliver campaigns successfully
