Are you an experienced Operational Resilience Coordinator who is looking for a new challenge? 
We are supporting a financial services organisation to help with their recruitment.
This starting salary is £40,000 and offers hybrid working - the office is based in West Malling. 

Key Responsibilities for the Operational Resilience Coordinator: 
- Acting as 1st Line of Defence within the compliance and risk team
- Responding to real time risks as they happen 
- Incident management and coordination of action points, e.g. Data breaches, Technology Outages both internal and customer facing 
- Coordination of disaster recovery activities
- Implementing new procedures from policy changes from 2nd Line of Defence
- Following up on Action points/remediations from audit reports 

Key Skills for the Operational Resilience Coordinator: 
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within an operational Resilience, business continuity or disaster recovery coordination position 
- It is essential you have experience in a Financial Services Setting 
- Commutable distance from West Malling
