Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end process for new contracts and bids entering the business
- Renegotiating and aligning terms accordingly
- Renewing and exiting new and existing suppliers accordingly
- Identifying process improvements and driving efficiencies
- Negotiating, drafting, editing and approving contract documentation
- Undertaking CDD checks for new suppliers
- Reviewing current processes, making recommendations where applicable
- Ensuring all contracts and documentation are accurate and commercially sound
- Mitigating risk whilst reviewing contracts to identify gaps or issues and opportunity
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, including Sales, Procurement, and Operations
