We are supporting a busy and growing organisation to recruit for a Senior IT Technician. This role is based on site 5 days per week in their office in Carlisle.
Key Responsibilities for the Senior IT Technician:
- Supporting with project work such as M365 migrations, SharePoint access, on prem to cloud migrations
- Technical Support for the VOIP systems
- On site & Remote support to client base of 400
- Helpdesk & incident management
Key Skills for the Senior IT Technician:
- Experience as a senior IT Technician
- Previous experience with migrations, ideally on prem to cloud
- Working knowledge of Azure and Intune
