Key Responsibilities:
As a Unit4 Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Configuring and customizing the Unit4 system to meet business requirements
- Conducting data migration from legacy systems to Unit4
- Implementing required integrations with other systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Unit4 system
- Providing training and support to end-users
- Participating in the development of the ITIL processes
Requirements for the Unit4 Consultant:
- Proven experience as a Unit4 Consultant or similar role
- Strong technical skills in Unit4 configuration, customization and data migration
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially Service Delivery, Service Request Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management
- Experience with SAP Security concepts/roles and authorizations is desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
