Director of Client Services

Felicity heads up the Client Services function as the Director of Client Services. She is driven by delivering a quality service to clients and candidates across all areas of the team, throughout the full recruitment process. She has strong, established relationships with her clients and partners with their talent teams to advise on strategy and processes, including market trend analysis, with many clients forming exclusive relationships with Clearwater as a result.

Gemma joined Clearwater with solid experience in internal recruitment, managing stakeholders throughout the recruitment process and successfully delivering quality candidates, assisting with all stages of onboarding to ensure a good candidate journey. Within the Account Management team, she is responsible for managing a number of clients, working vacancies, advising on recruitment plans and building strong relationships in the process.

With a proven track record and a keen eye for tailored solutions, Jo ensures that client needs are met with precision and excellence. Her dedication to client satisfaction has established Clearwater People Solutions Ltd. as a trusted partner in recruitment.
Leila is our Senior Delivery Consultant, skilled in sourcing and headhunting candidates across a broad spectrum of sectors. She builds excellent relationships with candidates and we regularly get great feedback from candidates about their experience with Clearwater and the Account Management function in particular thanks to Leila’s approach. She has over a decade of experience in excellent candidate management and client liaison.

Courtney is a fast-paced and quality-focused Delivery Consultant who works non-stop to unearth the best talent for our key clients in the Client Services team. She really cares about getting the right match for both candidates and clients, investing a lot of time in candidate management throughout the recruitment lifecycle. She comes with a background in telephone based roles and her excellent customer service skills guide candidates through the application and interview process.

Rachel is our valued Client Services Administrator, responsible for the end-to-end contractor care and ensuring a seamless and quality onboarding for all candidates we place with clients. She supports the whole Client Services team in all we do to provide the best service in our recruitment partnerships, from presentations, to reports, to invoicing and everything in between.
