Director of Client Services

Felicity heads up the Client Services function as the Director of Client Services. She is driven by delivering a quality service to clients and candidates across all areas of the team, throughout the full recruitment process. She has strong, established relationships with her clients and partners with their talent teams to advise on strategy and processes, including market trend analysis, with many clients forming exclusive relationships with Clearwater as a result.

Gemma joined Clearwater with solid experience in internal recruitment, managing stakeholders throughout the recruitment process and successfully delivering quality candidates, assisting with all stages of onboarding to ensure a good candidate journey. Within the Account Management team, she is responsible for managing a number of clients, working vacancies, advising on recruitment plans and building strong relationships in the process.
